This document provides guidance for promoting synergy among activities addressing biological diversity, desertification, land degradation and climate change. It includes information on where biodiversity considerations can be integrated into implementation of adaptation activities, their likely impact on biodiversity and also maps decisions and activities of biodiversity-related conventions that are related to climate change adaptation.
