Contracting Parties collaborate effectively with partners and stakeholders at all scales (global, regional, transboundary, national, local and site levels) and across all sectors to achieve the goals of the Convention, increasing complementarity and synergies with other multilateral environmental agreements and processes, in line with their respective mandates.
