目标20

最迟到2020年,依照“资源动员战略”中综合和商定的进程,用于有效执行《生物多样性战略计划》(2011-2020年)而从各种渠道筹集的财务资源将较目前水平有大幅提高。这一目标将视各缔约方制定和报告的资源需求评估而发生变化。

(e) 优化生物多样性和气候危机融资的共同惠益和协同作用;

(f) 加强集体行动的作用,包括土著人民和地方社区的集体行动、以地球母亲为中 心行动 * 和非市场办法,包括基于社区的自然资源管理和民间社会旨在保护生物多样性的 合作和团结措施;

(g) 提高资源提供和使用的效力、效率和透明度;
